Pressman, Shari Gekoski

Fred Furst is a preeminent Santa Barbara lawyer in California, with over 27 years of experience prosecuting and defending civil cases encompassing a broad spectrum of law, including contract and real estate disputes, trust and estate cases, partnership and corporate disputes, consumer and securities litigation, civil racketeering cases, patent disputes and class actions.  Mr. Furst represents clients throughout Santa Barbara County, California’s Central Coast, and Los Angeles County.

Mr. Furst is admitted to practice law in California, Oregon, and Colorado, and practices extensively in both state and federal courts.  Mr. Furst has an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell, signifying the highest ethical standards and legal ability, and is a member of the State Bar of California and the Colorado Bar Association.  He also has obtained the Master Advocate designation from the National Institute of Trial Advocacy.

Mr. Furst was admitted to practice in California in 1983 after receiving his J.D. with honors from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco, where he was a member of the Hastings International and Comparative law Review and the Order of the Coif.  Mr. Furst earned his B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh, where he graduated with high honors.
