Jon Furlow is a partner in the firm’s Litigation Group in the Madison office. His practice focuses on disputes involving antitrust, commercial contracts, investments, consumer, regulatory and environmental and Constitutional matters. Mr. Furlow also counseling clients regarding mitigating legal and compliance risks. His experience extends to federal and state jury and bench trials, arbitrations, and international arbitration, as well as appellate counsel before Wisconsin Supreme Court, Wisconsin Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and United States Supreme Court.
