Pozorski, Joseph M.

Joseph Michael Pozorski III was born in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. He received his elementary education through the Manitowoc Area Catholic Schools while attending St. Francis de Sales and St. Frances Cabrini. He then graduated high school from Roncalli High School in 2002. After high school, Mr. Pozorski attended Marquette University in Milwaukee where he earned his Bachelors Degree, by majoring in History with a Theology minor. After graduating from Marquette University, Mr. Pozorski traveled to Michigan and studied at The Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. While attending law school, Mr. Pozorski was selected to participate in the Washtenaw County Public Defender Clinic- Felony Division; this allowed Mr. Pozorski, under Michigan court rules, to vigorously represent numerous clients in the court room, from their Preliminary Exam to their sentencing.

Attorney Joseph M. Pozorski III graduated from The Thomas M. Cooley Law School, in January of 2010, with a concentration in General Practice, Solo, and Small Firm Practice. He successfully passed the Wisconsin State Bar Exam a month later in February of 2010 and became licensed to practice in the State of Wisconsin in April of 2010.

Attorney Joseph M. Pozorski III has returned to Manitowoc, a place he has always proudly called home and accepted a position with Kaminski & Pozorski Law Firm as an associate attorney.

Mr. Pozorski represents clients in various types of trial work. In addition to handling personal injury, auto accidents, motorcycle accidents, worker's compensation and criminal matter, he also practices in the areas of family law, such as divorce, child custody and child support, and maintenance.

In addition to general trial work, he also works in the area of real estate, probate, and the drafting of wills, trusts and general estate planning.

In following the strong tradition of Kaminski & Pozorski, he provides knowledgeable and aggressive representation in matters that serve and protect his clients.
