Susan P. Potter, a member of Press, Potter & Dozier, LLC, graduated in 1989 from New York University School of Law, where she was a contributing member to the Annual Survey of American Law. She received her undergraduate degree in Political Science, cum laude, from Wellesley College in 1984.
From 1989 to 1994, Ms. Potter was an associate at the D.C. office of Kirkland & Ellis, where she practiced in the corporate-transactional and venture capital areas. Prior to joining Press, Potter & Dozier in 2003, Ms. Potter was an associate at the Bethesda, Maryland law firm of Ridberg, Press & Sherbill, LLP.
Ms. Potter's practice consists of general corporate and transactional law, business formations and start-ups, employment law and commercial real estate transactions and finance. Ms. Potter is the current President of the Women Business Owners of Montgomery County (WBO), whose mission is to provide support, eduction and networking to women who own and operate their own businesses.
