Susan Friedman is a counsel in the Litigation/Controversy Department, and a member of the Appellate and Supreme Court Litigation and Government and Regulatory Litigation Practice Groups. She joined the firm in 2007.

Ms. Friedman recently completed a clerkship with the Honorable Morton I. Greenberg of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Previously, she clerked for the Honorable Beverly B. Martin of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
