Poerio, James M.

Frank Podesta is an attorney with Bomar Rice, primarily practicing in the areas of Civil Litigation and Tax. Mr. Podesta is currently admitted in Georgia, Florida and New Jersey. He is also admitted to the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, the Northern and Middle District of Florida, the District of New Jersey, and the United States Tax Court.

Mr.Podesta attended law school at Rutgers University, where he won the Pro Bono Award for providing Chapter 7 Bankruptcy relief to low income families. He received his undergraduate degree in English & History, and his Master’s degree in Theology from Boston College.

Before joining Bomar Rice, Mr. Podesta’s practice included representing numerous municipalities across the east coast in the areas of civil rights and environmental law, and representing major corporations in the areas of commercial litigation and labor & employment.
