Christopher Frankenfield is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group. He joined the firm in 2010.
Past Experience
During law school, Mr. Frankenfield was a summer associate at WilmerHale in Washington DC and Boston, where he worked on a variety of venture capital, investment management and antitrust matters. He was also a summer associate at a firm in Washington DC, where he researched antitrust issues related to state health care statutes and non-divestiture remedies for antitrust merger reviews.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Frankenfield was an associate in the advisory practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Washington DC, where he provided financial, operational and litigation consulting services for Fortune 100 clients in the automotive, financial services, manufacturing, telecommunications and pharmaceuticals industries.
Community Involvement
Mr. Frankenfield is a member of the Howard J. Busbee Finance Academy Young Alumni Mentor Board at the College of William & Mary.
Honors and Awards
Mr. Frankenfield received the 2009 Sidney M. Perlstadt Memorial Award, awarded by the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel, for his paper entitled The Relationship Between ERISA, State and Local Health Care Experimentation, and the Need for National Health Care Reform.
