Phelan, Christina

Ariel is an associate in the Directors and Officers Practice Group.  He advises U.S. and international insurers in matters involving directors and officers liability policies, errors and omissions, and fiduciary liability.  He also assists in representing clients in arbitrations and in a variety of commercial litigation matters.

Ariel received his B.A. from Northwestern University in 2004 and his J.D. from Emory University School of Law in 2008.  Ariel is licensed to practice in New York and New Jersey and is a member of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society.
