Pettit, Michael Westcott

Mr. Cox is a transactional attorney at Quattlebaum, Grooms, Tull & Burrow PLLC whose practice focuses on real estate, corporate, and oil and gas transactions.  Mr. Cox received his J. D. in 2006 from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law, graduating with high honors.  Prior to law school, Mr. Cox graduated summa cum laude from Hendrix College, receiving a B.A., with distinction, in Politics.  While at Hendrix, Mr. Cox was invited to join Phi Beta Kappa and was a charter member of the Omega Psi chapter of Pi Sigma Alpha,  the National Political Science Honor Society.

Since his admittance to the bar, Mr. Cox has been very active in the Real Estate and Young Lawyers sections of the Arkansas Bar Association, serving one year as Vice-Chair of the Real Estate Section and serving on the Executive Council of the Young Lawyers Section since 2009.  Mr. Cox has also been a member of the House of Delegates of the Arkansas Bar Association since 2009.
