Timothy J. Perry joined the firm in October 2006 as an associate attorney. Mr. Perry was formerly with McWhirter, Reeves & Davidson, P.A. Mr. Perry has experience representing clients in the areas of administrative law, regulatory law, energy law, telecommunications law, environmental law, water law, utility law, coastal law, land use law, construction law, corporate law, real estate law, and general civil and administrative litigation. A substantial portion of his practice has been spent litigating administrative cases before the Florida Public Service Commission and the Division of Administrative Hearings; and representing clients in matters involving the Florida Public Service Commission, Florida Department of Environmental Protection, and the state water management districts. Mr. Perry is a 1998 graduate of the University of Alabama and received his law degree from the Florida State University College of Law in 2001. He is licensed to practice law in Florida and Alabama.
