Mr. Perocchi is a member of the Estates and Private Clients Group and Chair of the Family and Matrimonial Law Section. He specializes in all phases of family law including divorce, property division, alimony, tax consequences of divorce, child support, custody, adoption and paternity. Mr. Perocchi frequently represents clients in significant and complex cases including domestic torts, prenuptial agreements and jurisdictional conflicts. Many of these cases have been argued at the trial and appellate levels.
