Peck, Kevin

Todd graduated from Wittenberg University in 1994 and received his juris doctorate from Capital University in 1997. He is a member of the Ohio Bar and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Ohio. Todd's law practice emphasizes general civil and commercial business litigation. His practice includes the areas of collections, real estate, construction and employment discrimination law. Todd also has experience representing plaintiffs in wrongful death and personal injury actions.

Todd is an active member of the Fairfield County, Columbus and Ohio State Bar Associations.  He is a graduate of the Fairfield Leadership Program and past Chairman of the Board of Directors for Fairfield County Junior Achievement. He currently serves on the Fairfield Affordable Housing Inc. Board. Todd resides in Lancaster with his wife, Amy, sons, Nathan and Nicholas and daughter Madeline.
