Professional Information
Monroe J. Feldman has been practicing law for 35 years, and was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 1975. He is a graduate of John Marshall Law School, Magna Cum Laude, practicing in the areas of personal injury, negligence, criminal defense, and aviation law. Since then Monroe has handled cases all through the nation, including many capital felony, felony, and misdemeanor cases. He has also obtained many large monetary settlements throughout the Southeast for his personal injury clients.
Monroe has obtained favorable jury verdicts and settlements for clients in wrongful death, auto, truck, motorcycle collision, worker's compensation, asbestos, products liability and medical malpractice cases. Monroe has also tried several murder , felony and misdemeanor cases in addition to the numerous FAA enforcement cases, DUI/DWI and traffic violation cases.
He has served as the Chair and has been a member of the board of directors of several Atlanta and State Bar Association sections, committees and programs. He was former chair of the aviation section of the State Bar of Georgia, former chair of the criminal law section of the Atlanta Bar Association, and former chair of the small firm section of the Atlanta Bar Association. He has been given awards for serving the legal community for over 30 years. Monroe has also been very active in his community and he has spent countless hours in lecturing and working on pro bono projects designed to educate high school students on their legal rights, responsibilities, and consequences of their actions. He also lectures throughout the year at various law enforcement academies in the State of Georgia. He lectures on criminal law and procedure and other topics of law. He is also an avid motorcyclist for 45 years and is a member of the Blue Knights International Motorcycle Club. Monroe is an FAA licensed pilot with multi-engine, instrument, and commercial ratings.

Monroe is licensed to practice in the State of Georgia, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the United States Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit located in Richmond, Virginia; the 5th Circuit located in New Orleans, Louisiana; and the 11th Circuit located in Atlanta, Georgia; and the Supreme Court of the United States of America located in Washington, D.C.
