Parrish, Russell N.

John Faust is a counsel in the firm's Securities Department, and a member of the Investment Management Practice Group. He joined the firm in 2005.

Practice

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Faust was Senior Counsel at the United States Securities and Exchange Commission in the Division of Investment Management.

Mr. Faust advises investment companies, investment advisers, private funds, broker dealers and other financial services clients concerning regulatory issues. 

Honors and Awards

Mr. Faust was a member of the Proxy Review Task Force that received the SEC Honorary Law and Policy Reward for 2004.
