Lisa Parrington is a senior associate in the firm's Securities Department, a member of the Investment Management Practice Group, and a member of the Derivatives and Futures Group. She joined the firm in 2006.
Practice
Ms. Parrington represents financial services clients and other institutional investors in negotiating various trading and account agreements, as well as related capital markets transactions.
While in law school, Ms. Parrington held a clerkship with the Honorable Robert E. Gerber of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, where her research concentrated on corporate bankruptcy and reorganizations.
Prior to beginning her legal studies, Ms. Parrington was a financial analyst for Wellington Management Company in Boston, Massachusetts and Sydney, Australia. She has completed Level I and Level II of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Program.
Honors and Awards
In 2009, Ms. Parrington was awarded the firm's Pickering Fellowship, established in honor of John H. Pickering.
