Steve Parrinello practices primarily in the areas of U.S. federal and international taxation. His experience includes advising clients on a wide range of issues arising in mergers and acquisitions; debt and equity issuances and restructurings; internal reorganizations; litigation settlements; and cross-border sale, licensing, and financing transactions. He also has advised pro bono clients in securing and maintaining tax-exempt status for their newly formed nonprofit organizations.
Steve works with clients in a range of industries including pharmaceuticals, commodities, financial services, retail, energy services, automotive, and real estate.
He is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
