Joseph M. Feeney is an associate with the firm. He concentrates his practice in commercial litigation and business related litigation, including litigation in the Bankruptcy Court and matters relating to creditors' rights.
Mr. Feeney graduated in 1991 from Rutgers University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. He earned his law degree Rutgers University School of Law - Camden in 1995.
Mr. Feeney has over 15 years of experience in commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, he was in-house counsel for a national banking institution with $500 million in assets and handled loan workouts, commercial litigation, residential and commercial foreclosure matters, secured transactions litigation, fraud litigation and bankruptcy matters. Mr. Feeney has significant experience with the development of practices and strategies and management of litigation related to commercial foreclosure and the management of bank owned real estate as in house counsel. He has extensive experience with statutory and equitable receiverships and New Jersey liquor license matters, and has litigated UCC secured transaction matters. He also has experience litigating Small Business Administration guaranteed loans on behalf of lenders.
Mr. Feeney was admitted to practice in New Jersey and in Pennsylvania in 1995. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the American, New Jersey, and Gloucester County Bar Associations.
Mr. Feeney was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1969.
