Mr. Pankauski is the Firm’s Managing Member and restricts his practice to litigation involving wills, trusts, estates and guardianships. Mr. Pankauski has over 20 years of legal experience. He is a member of the Florida Bar’s Trial Lawyers Section and the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section. His practice includes issues such as undue influence, will contests, trust mis-management, inheritance, rights, investment losses, duties of fiduciaries, estate planning malpractice, powers of attorney.   Mr. Pankauski previously taught a graduate course in advanced finance at Florida Atlantic University’s School of Business.  He has been retained by legal publisher LexisNexis Mathew Bender to provide commentary on Florida tax, probate and trust law.
