Thomas Coffey's practice focuses on litigation, drawing upon his employment background as a Jefferson County Assistant Commonwealth Attorney and an Assistant District Attorney for Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. He has extensive jury trial, bench trial, and appellate and administrative court experience, and has logged numerous appearances in front of every circuit court judge in Jefferson County. In addition to his litigation experience, he has worked for two U.S. senators and served as the policy analyst for the Brain Injury Association of America. Mr. Coffey joined M&P in 2011 as a senior associate. He is a member of the Litigation Practice Group, and serves on the firm’s Marketing Committee.
More Than a Lawyer
Mr. Coffey is the fourth of six boys. Every year he competes against his brothers in a fantasy baseball league. The prize: family bragging rights and a miniature Stanley Cup trophy the brothers built themselves.
