Tom Paciorkowski is admitted to practice law in both New York and New Jersey. He graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, magna cum laude, where he served as interim Editor-in-Chief of the Thomas M. Cooley Law Review.
Before becoming a plaintiff's attorney, Mr. Paciorkowski spent nine years as a private investigator, as manager and owner of Accurate Investigations.
Mr. Paciorkowski focuses his practice in the areas of consumer fraud, employment and class action litigation. He authored the book, The New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act; A Practical Guide for the Practicing Attorney, and is currently assisting Mr. Eichen in representing the firm in numerous class action litigation, including the Vytorin/Zetia and Intron/Temodar consumer class action cases.
