Christina has represented clients in a wide variety of complex commercial litigation matters, including product liability, toxic tort, health care, and antitrust. She has been involved in many successful legal representations, including the defense of IBM in the In re IBM San Jose Workers' Litigation, a lawsuit filed on behalf of more than 45 employees alleging personal injury claims due to chemical exposure in the workplace. The jury returned a unanimous defense verdict at the conclusion of the precedent-setting, five-month trial of two of the plaintiffs. Other experience includes: the defense of International Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers against federal antitrust claims filed by Verisign; representation of 3D Systems in an international arbitration with Swiss company Vantico International S.A. regarding the parties' rights to photolithography equipment and resins developed under a joint venture agreement; and representation of Tenet hospitals in arbitration proceedings against Health Net seeking more than $100 million in unpaid reimbursement due under contract.
