Brad Owens joined Perkins Coie in February 2007 as an associate in the firm's Business group. Prior to joining the firm, Brad was with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission where his responsibilities included the oversight of the Global Research Analyst Settlement; the drafting of proposed rulemaking related to transactions during offerings; and the Division of Market Regulation's review of the Google, Inc. initial public offering. When Brad is not in the office he enjoys exploring the Seattle culinary scene with his wife, cheering for his beloved Mariners and strumming his Martin HD-28 guitar.
