Baker, Michael R.

Mr. Bair graduated from Georgia Tech in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science degree in History. He subsequently attended Georgia State University College of Law, where he received his Juris Doctorate in 2005.

He was admitted to the Georgia Bar in November of 2005, and has practiced in the areas of immigration, personal injury, criminal law and family law. He has handled a wide variety of both civil and criminal cases in both state and federal courts, and has practiced in numerous Immigration Courts throughout the United States. He is admitted to the state and federal courts of Georgia, including the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Georgia Supreme Court and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
