Paul Coble is an attorney in the Chicago office and a member of the Intellectual Property Practice Group. Mr. Coble focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation, including complex patent, copyright, trade dress, trade secret, and trademark disputes.  He has worked on matters for plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of infringement litigations and declaratory judgment actions.  Mr. Coble has experience in all phases of discovery and summary judgment and has secured favorable outcomes for clients throughout.

Mr. Coble has represented clients in courts across the country on matters concerning a variety of technologies, including chemical compounds, power tools and accessories, medical and dental products, pharmaceuticals, novelty apparel, electrical devices, and other household and office products.

Mr. Coble also provides advice on a wide range of intellectual property issues.  He has counseled clients on foreign and domestic patent prosecution matters, product clearance searches and opinions, non-infringement and invalidity opinions, infringement analyses, intellectual property acquisitions, product design, and intellectual property valuation.
