Ms. Elam represents business debtors in all areas of bankruptcy, including business reorganizations and liquidations under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. Ms. Elam’s experience includes the representation of creditors involved in a debtor’s Chapter 11 case including the defense of fraudulent transfer and preference actions. Ms. Elam also has vast experience in representing creditors’ committees in complex financial restructuring cases.

Professional Background Prior to joining Pronske & Patel, P.C., Ms. Elam practiced with the bankruptcy section of an international law firm in Dallas, Texas. Ms. Elam is a member of the Dallas Bar Association and the J.L. Turner Legal Association.
