Charles qualified in 1985 and has been specialising in dispute resolution for over 25 years.  Charles has a variety of expertise including shareholder and partnership disputes, contract disputes, warranty claims along with professional negligence disputes.  In particular, Charles has a vast amount of experience in settling disputes out of Court including mediation and arbitration.
