Marc M. Orlow was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar after graduating from Delaware School of Law, Cum Laude, in 1979 and after previously graduating from Penn State University, with honors, in 1976. Mr. Orlow previously worked in the tax department of the accounting firm Cooper and Lybrand, focusing on corporate, individual and estate planning matters.
In 1980 he joined the firm of Rubin, Shapiro & Slass, which specialized in a sophisticated real estate development and residential real estate subdivisions, as well as, partnership syndications.
From 1987 to 1990, Mr. Orlow was general counsel for Landmark Investment Group, focusing on acquisition and development of rehabilitation properties and residential new construction.
Mr. Orlow merged with Ross Begelman in 1992, focusing on Employment Law, Employee Discrimination, Whistle Blower and Federal False Claims Acts. In addition to Employment Law, Mr. Orlow has specialized in estate planning and elder law matters, always focusing on advising clients with respect to their estate preservation needs.
