Kristy N. Olivo began her career with Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin in 2002. She focuses her practice on workers' compensation litigation. She was named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer: Rising Star in 2005, 2006, and 2007.
Kristy is a 1999 graduate of Monmouth University in West Long Branch, New Jersey. Kristy attended this institution on an athletic scholarship. During her tenure at Monmouth, she was a member of the women's lacrosse team, achieving such honors as Athletic and Academic All-American, Northeast Conference Scholar Athlete, and Athlete of the Year; and Monmouth's Women Athlete of the Year during her senior year. She was also selected to play in the North/South Senior All-Star game.
Following graduation from college, Kristy attended Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware, where she achieved her Juris Doctorate in 2002. While at Widener, she served as a member of the Board of Editors of the Widener Law Symposium Journal and as a LexisNexis Associate. She also obtained membership to Widener's ADR Society by being a finalist in Widener's Negotiation Competition.
Also during law school, Kristy interned for the Burlington County Prosecutor's Office and served as a mediator for the Philadelphia Municipal Court, where she mediated landlord/tenant disputes and private criminal complaints.
Kristy is admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
