Diana graduated from the College of the Holy Cross, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, the Jesuit Honor Society (Alpha Sigma Nu), the Italian Honor Society (Gamma Kappa Alpha), the Political Science Honor Society (Pi Sigma Alpha), and the National Society of Collegiate Scholars.

Diana received her Juris Doctor from Pace University School of Law. She served as the Executive Articles Editor on Pace Law Review and was a member of the Federal Judicial Honors Program.
