• Represented a class of California auto body shops against national insurance providers based on allegations that the providers conspired to unlawfully fix auto repair labor rates in violation of California's unfair competition laws.
• Represented an international consulting and marketing company against a manufacturer in a multi-million dollar breach of contract action involving military procurement contracts.
