Michelle Niemeyer, born in Eureux, France, received her B.A. in Economics and Spanish from DePauw University in 1986 and her J.D. from Boston University in 1991. After law school Ms. Niemeyer served as judicial clerk to the Hon. Susan C. Del Pesco in the Superior Court of Delaware who at the time was presiding over several complex corporate insurance litigation. Following her interest in insurance law, Ms. Niemeyer spent five years at a Washington, D.C. law firm representing insurance companies in complex corporate insurance coverage and bad faith litigation in several states around the country. Since relocating to Florida, she has concentrated her practice on representing policyholders in insurance coverage and bad faith disputes. She is admitted to the Bars of Florida, Maryland and the District of Columbia and is admitted to practice before several federal courts including US District Courts in Florida, the 11th Circuit of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
