John Nicholas graduated from the University of Oklahoma college of Law in 1996. He is a member of both the Oklahoma and Missouri Bar Associations, and is licensed to appear in state courts in Missouri and Oklahoma, as well as in the United States District Courts, Western District of Missouri, and Northern District of Oklahoma. John practices primarily in the area of civil litigation providing counsel and litigation services in a wide variety of areas including banking law, corporate law, education law, construction law, landlord/tenant law, personal injury law, family law, and probate and estate planning. Additionally, John is also currently serving as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Jasper County. John is originally from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and graduated from the University of Oklahoma with his B. A. in 1993. He is a member of the Jasper County Bar Association, serving as president in 2001-2002, and a member of the MSBA, Council of School Attorneys. John and his wife, Greta, have two boys, Joseph and Benjamin, and they are active members of Fairview Christian Church in Carthage.
