He practices in the area of civil litigation, with a primary focus on fiduciary, probate and commercial matters as well as probate and estate administration. Mr. Newman has successfully handled hundreds of cases over the years, including trials to the bench and to juries in civil courts and statutory probate courts throughout the surrounding counties. He has been entrusted by the Courts to handle appointments, and he counsels and represents administrators, beneficiaries, executors, and trustees.
