Ms. Noriega specializes in defending claims arising under the Longshore Harbor Workers' Compensation Act, Defense Base Act and Florida Workers' Compensation Act. She is also experienced in landlord/tenant law as well as civil and commercial litigation.
Ms. Noriega graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2006 from the University of Florida. She graduated cum laude with a Doctor of Jurisprudence in 2008 from St. Thomas University School of Law.
Ms. Noriega was admitted to The Florida Bar in April 2009 and is also admitted to the United States District Courts for the Southern District of Florida. She is a Member of the American Bar Association and the Cuban American Bar Association.
