Plymouth Nelson is a member of the Intellectual Property Practice Group in the Waukesha office. Mr. Nelson focuses on U.S. and international patent prosecution in various industries including consumer products, industrial manufacturing and medical devices. Mr. Nelson's practice also involves the preparation of validity and non-infringement opinions, and he has extensive experience in patentability analysis.
