An accomplished trial attorney with almost 30 years of experience, Mike has a long track record of successfully representing clients in medical malpractice, nursing home neglect, auto accident and wrongful death cases. He has obtained numerous recoveries for his clients that exceed $1 Million, and is widely regarded for his exceptional negotiating skills.
Born and raised in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Mike received his undergraduate degree from the University of Scranton in 1979 and law degree from Loyola University School of Law in New Orleans in 1982. He practiced law in Louisiana for nine years, litigating a broad variety of cases in jurisdictions throughout the gulf coast, before returning home to Harrisburg twenty years ago to build a practice centered on helping people unfairly hurt by the negligence of others. His practice flourished, and the law firm of Navitsky, Olson & Wisneski LLP is now recognized one of the leading personal injury firms in Central Pennsylvania.
Mike has litigated cases throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in both State and Federal Courts. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, and the American Association for Justice.
