Soojin Nam is an associate in the New York office where she works in the firm’s antitrust group.  Ms. Nam’s practice is focused on merger analysis, antitrust counseling and antitrust litigation.

Since joining AVH, Ms. Nam has worked on responding to government merger and conduct investigations, with a focus on antitrust issues raised by patent acquisitions and patent enforcement practices.

Ms. Nam received a J.D. degree from Harvard Law School, a master’s degree in European Affairs with coursework in European competition law, cum laude, from Sciences Po Paris and a B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Harvard College.

Ms. Nam speaks Korean and French.
