Practice
Ms. Brook's practice focuses on complex securities litigation. She has represented underwriters, hedge funds, and large corporations in a variety of private litigation and enforcement actions. She has experience with accounting, insider trading, and class action litigation. Most recently, Ms. Brook has helped clients conduct internal investigations related to stock option backdating.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Brook spent several months working for the United Nations refugee agency in Accra, Ghana.
