After graduating from the University of Southern California I started as a Workers' Compensation Claims Examiner in 1989. I advanced quickly to a Claims Supervisor and then a Hearing Representative. While still working full time I began attending law school at night until earning my Juris Doctorate. Thereafter I worked as a Workers' Compensation defense attorney.
Since 2001 I have dedicated my practice of law to representing those injured on the job and advocating for their rights. I have court experience since 1993 as a hearing representative, defense attorney (for insurance carriers), and now for injured workers. - Lio 73 CCC 503: Successful in proving clients disability arouse prior to the change in law warranting the use of the "old law" in resolving her case.

- Benavidez 72 CCC 842: Successful in litigating clients disability award and penalties against the insurance carrier when the carrier attempted to back out of the agreement.

- Brown 70 CCC 1560: Successful in litigating and proving clients injuries and disability award based on our medical evidence.
- Liang 68 CCC 474: Successful in litigating clients non-industrial arm fracture as a consequence of her original injuries.
