John T. Murray
Mr. Murray was graduated from Harvard College in
1972 and from the New England School of Law in 1975. He was admitted to practice
in Massachusetts in 1975; the U.S. District Court for Massachusetts and Rhode
Island, the U.S. Tax Court; and in 1979 was admitted before the United States
Supreme Court. Although Mr. Murray concentrates in civil litigation, personal
injury and worker's compensation law, he continues to provide expert service to
clients in many other areas of the law. He has extensive litigation experience
in all courts and numerous successful jury trials, including one case in excess
of three million dollars. Mr. Murray is also an active arbitrator and mediator
for the National Arbitration & Mediation Association and ADR/Equimar, and
has lectured on trial practice techniques in various seminars. He was 1997-98
president of the Bristol County Bar Association, past president of the Taunton
Bar Association and a member of the Board of Delegates of the Massachusetts Bar
Association, the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, and the Massachusetts
Defense Lawyers Association.
