In representing clients in the Business area, Mr. Myer has used his business administration degree and experience to assist both individuals and companies in business planning, including business formation and financing, licensing agreements, distribution agreements, purchase and sales agreements, partnership, limited liability companies, contractual agreements, and shareholder agreements. He spends a significant amount of his time in the area of mergers and acquisitions, having completed many hundreds of large and small transactions representing both buyers and sellers in a wide variety of industries, including technology, construction, manufacturing, and consumer related companies, and in the health care industry.
