Ashley D. Cooper received her undergraduate degree in English from Susquehanna University where she was elected to Omicron Delta Kappa. Ms. Cooper graduated cum laude from The Dickinson School of Law of The Pennsylvania State University, where she was a member of The Woolsack Honor Society. During law school, she served as Articles Editor of The Penn State Law Review and was recognized as a Miller Center Public Interest Advocate. Ms. Cooper was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 2008 and is a member of the Centre County Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
