Robert F. Mulligan is a senior associate in the firm's Elder Law and Estate Planning Group. He specializes in Estate Planning, Elder Law, Taxation, Trusts and Estates.
Mr. Mulligan received a B.S. in Economics from Villanova University, a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law and an LL.M. in Corporation Law from the New York University Graduate School of Law. He is admitted to practice in all the courts of the State of New York, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the United States Tax Court. He is a member of the Richmond County Bar Association.
Prior to joining Angiuli & Gentile, LLP, Mr. Mulligan served as Supervising Tax Hearing Officer for the New York State Tax Commission, as Tax Law Judge with the New York State Tax Appeals Tribunal and as a Judge of the New York State Workers' Compensation Board. He was also engaged in the private practice of Law as an associate with the Manhattan law firm of Wagner, Quillinan & Tennant and was of counsel to the Law Firm of Lance P. Armstrong, Staten Island, New York.
