Jaclyn Moyer is a counsel in the firm’s Litigation/Controversy and Securities Departments, and a member of the Securities Litigation and Enforcement Practice Group. She joined the firm in 2004.
Practice
Ms. Moyer’s practice focuses on criminal investigations and on securities litigation and enforcement. She has represented corporations, financial institutions, and individuals under investigation by the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Department of Justice, self-regulatory organizations, and state attorneys general in a variety of matters, including matters involving allegations of financial fraud, stock options backdating, insider trading, disclosure improprieties, and non-compliance with audit and regulatory standards. She has experience representing clients in parallel civil, regulatory, and criminal proceedings, as well as with complex commercial litigation outside of the securities context.

Honors and Awards
While in law school, Ms. Moyer competed in the American Intellectual Property Law Association’s Giles Sutherland Rich Memorial Moot Court Competition, where she was a national semi-finalist and received the award for best advocate.
