Seth Moskowitz is an associate in the Litigation/Controversy and Securities Departments, and a member of the Securities Litigation and Enforcement Practice Group and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Working Group. He joined the firm in 2009.
Past Experience
During law school, Mr. Moskowitz completed an internship for the Boston District Office of the SEC in the Division of Enforcement, where he researched remedies available under the Securities Act of 1933, Exchange Act of 1934 and Investment Advisors Act of 1940. He also assisted in civil securities litigation matters.
Mr. Moskowitz also completed an internship in the US Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts, where he conducted legal research and wrote memoranda on federal white collar criminal statutes.
