Richard Morgain (Rick) received his Juris Doctor from Tulane University School of Law. While in Law School, Richard placed an emphasis on litigation practice early with the Tulane Environmental Law Clinic, making court appearances for indigent clients who were victims of toxic torts and environmental injustice. Richard competed in the 2007 American Bar Association Law Student Tax Challenge, held office as a Chair on the Tulane Moot Court Board, and competed for Tulane in the T.Y.L.A. National Mock Trial competition in 2008. During his final year, he was awarded the C.A.L.I. Award for Excellence for receiving the highest grade in his Civil Litigation Ethics course. Upon graduation, Richard was awarded a certificate of specialization in International and Comparative Law.
A 2006 graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles with a degree in Philosophy, Richard spends his free time providing pro bono legal services for local non-profits, cooking, and spending time with his family.
