Mosley, Brandon B.

Martin Moreno earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in both Political Science and English, with honors, from California State University, Long Beach in May of 1998. While earning his Juris Doctorate degree at Southwestern University School of Law, Martin was the recipient of the CALI Excellence Award in Legal Research/Writing and Torts. In 2010, Martin was selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers "Southern California Rising Stars" an honor given to no more than 2.5 percent of lawyers in the state.

Prior to law school, Martin served as legislative analyst for a member of the United States House of Representatives working on legislative issues involving state and federal matters.

Martin’s area of expertise is in representing insurance industry clients and self-insured employers.  His experience includes civil litigation, focusing primarily on personal injury, premises liability, contractual disputes, and general negligence matters. 

Martin is admitted to practice in the United States District Court, and all courts in the State of California.
