Marianella Morales
concentrates her legal practice in tax, corporate and finance law. She provides comprehensive counsel to national and international corporations engaged in a broad range of industries. Ms. Morales helps clients design feasible business plans, identify potential obstacles to their business vision and create workable solutions which comply with regulatory guidelines for business operations.
Ms. Morales is a member of the Board of Directors of the International Fiscal Association Venezuelan Branch. She was a
Professor of the MBA program at the Instituto de Estudios Superiores de Administracion (IESA) Institute, where she taught Legal Environment.
Ms. Morales is also a member of the Tax
Committee of the Venezuelan and American Chamber of Commerce (VenAmCham). Prior to joining the firm, she was a partner at Despacho de Abogados Miembros Ruden McClosky, Smith, Schuster & Russell, S.C, Caracas office
, a junior partner at Hoet Pelaez Castillo and Duque and did a legal internship at Ashurst Morris and Crisp Law firm and Norton Rose Law Firm (both in

Ms. Morales
is a member of the Venezuela Bar. She received her Master in Finance from the Instituto de Estudios Superiores de Administracion (IESA),
Caracas
in 2002 and her LL.M in Tax Law from the Universidad Central de Venezuela in 1995.
Ms. Morales
earned her Juris Doctor from the Universidad Central de Venezuela in 1993. Ms. Morales is fluent in Spanish and English.
