Mr. Moore focuses his practice in the areas of employment, commercial and construction litigation and specializes in employment restrictive covenants and trade secret law. He is a former Law Clerk to the Honorable John T. J. Kelly, Jr., Judge, Superior Court of Pennsylvania. Additionally, he served as Legislative Assistant the Honorable Michael A. O'Pake, State Senator (11th District, Berks-Montgomery). Mr. Moore is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, Supreme Court of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Civil Procedural Rules Committee of the Berks County Bar Association, the Commercial Litigation Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Justice William Strong American Inn of Court. Mr. Moore is a graduate of Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and received his Juris Doctor degree from the Widener University School of Law, Wilmington, Delaware.
