Christopher Morgan is a senior associate in the firm's Litigation/Controversy Department. He joined the firm in 2006.
Practice
Mr. Morgan has a general litigation practice, with an emphasis on complex business disputes. He has represented clients in a variety of industries in both federal and state court.
While at Boston College Law School, Mr. Morgan served as a research assistant to Professor Zygmunt Plater, where his research concentrated on environmental law and policy, including the Endangered Species Act and public land issues.
Prior to his legal studies, Mr. Morgan was a Senior Legislative and Environmental Policy Aide in the office of Congresswoman Nancy L. Johnson (CT). He focused primarily on environmental protection and Native American affairs, and was also responsible for defense, foreign affairs and agriculture issues.
